Endowed Scholarships

Campbell University has continuously been recognized as one of the nation’s best educational values. Your gift to our endowed scholarships help keep the cost of tuition low and a Christian education obtainable. Each year more than 1,600 Campbell students are awarded endowed scholarships totaling nearly $3.0 million. By supporting an endowed scholarship, you are providing our students with the invaluable gift of knowledge and wonderful life experiences but also the peace of mind that comes with minimal student loan debt. You are also funding a legacy that will last for generations to come.

Funding an endowed scholarship

You may fund your endowed scholarship over a period of up to five years with an initial gift of $5,000, with the understanding that it will not mature until the balance reaches $25,000. An endowed scholarship provides financial assistance to students once it reaches $25,000.

At Campbell, we honor your wishes and support you in identifying your non-discriminatory award preferences and selection criteria. Scholarships can be based on academic discipline, merit or need-based, and other criteria.

Scholarships may be funded with a tax-deductible contribution of cash or securities or you may consider using your estate to fund your scholarships. Many companies offer matching gift programs, which are a great way to increase your fund. See if your company offers a matching gift program >
