The Kivett Loyalty Society is named after Z.T. Kivett, the man responsible for rebuilding the iconic Kivett Hall when Buies Creek Academy burned down in 1900. While constructing the building itself, Kivett sold 100 acres of his own land to buy materials and pay for labor. His actions showed his loyalty to the school and his appreciation of education. This new society is named after Mr. Kivett, to honor our most loyal supporters of Campbell University.
