Employee Giving FAQ

The Employee Giving Campaign is a campus-wide annual fundraising campaign that is dedicated to supporting the mission of Campbell University and the students we serve.

All Campbell faculty, staff, part time, and adjunct employees are invited to participate in the campaign.

That is up to you and your budget. Make a gift that is comfortable to you and know that whatever the gift size, we appreciate your support! All gifts are tax deductible.

Your gift is important to you and therefore we want to use it how you deem necessary. Your gift can be designated to a variety of funds.

Yes! Clearly note on the gift form each area you want to support and how much you want to give to that area.

Yes! All gifts made by employees to the university either through annual giving or giving directly to a program or department count when we calculate faculty and staff participation rates.

Matching gifts are a great way to increase our contributions and we encourage you to find out if your spouse’s employer is a matching gift company. Please have your spouse obtain the proper paperwork and include it with your gift form.

Yes. You may make an anonymous gift, and your anonymity will be respected. Please mark the box on the form if you wish for your gift to remain anonymous.

Yes. Please use the online payroll deduction form or printable gift form to make any changes to your current payroll deduction.

Yes. Payroll deduction continues at the amount set to the funds selected until you authorize the Office of Annual Giving and Campbell payroll department by written notice or via e-mail to make any changes.
